week thirty-one

Unfortunately, week 30 got lost in the shuffle. Oops.

We must have gone car shopping, cuz now in week 31, we have a car! It's a 2002 Subaru Forester. I have named her Tina.







Yes, she has 158k miles. Giddy-up!

Also, Zoe is settling into her new abode quite well.

week twenty-nine

Came home to find there was no power. Screw-up with the electric company? Blown circuit? Nope, turns out a transformer down the road blew up. No power for about 6 hours I think. Good thing I was able to find the candles in one of the oodles of boxes.

week twenty-eight

Moving day! Tired but happy. Our movers were maniacs and they did a fantastic job. Best money we've spent so far.

week twenty-seven

This enormous snapping turtle was hanging out on the road going up to Sean's parents' house. There aren't any streams or anything close by, and she was heading uphill. No idea. She wasn't there when we came back.



One of Sean's friends says turtles are good luck so we'll take it a good sign.

week twenty-six

Wow, so it's been a while since I posted. We closed on the condo and moved and have been pretty busy. So I actually missed a couple of weeks of pics, but I'll post what I have and just move on from here. :)

In week 26 we closed on the condo! Here we are after the proceedings. No idea what we've just gotten ourselves into.
