this year my official time was 25:21 for a pace of 8:11. last year, i did 24:31 for a 7:54. and in 2011, it was 25:43 for an 8:17.
had some stiffness in my right calf in the second mile (which is the downhill) that set me back a bit, and i think was holding back a little since i planned to add another 8 or so miles after the race. whatever the reasons, it was not my best performance. i am thinking about actually training to improve my 5k time. a revelation, i know. :)
