cranberry orange bread

i was craving something sweet, and when i spotted this little gem of a christmas present in my cupboard and realized i had exactly 3 eggs in the fridge, the stars aligned.



i added fresh orange zest and i subbed yogurt for the sour cream since i had it on hand, but otherwise followed the directions.



the loaves rose beautifully and came out perfectly crusty outside and tender inside.



slices were good plain, but even better toasted with a little butter...
