One of my colleagues has been talking about
this restaurant for ages, and he finally convinced me to go there for lunch. Beautiful food. And pretty tasty too!

Starter: popcorn soup with shrimp rounds, balsamic jicama slices, chive oil and some kind of micro greens.

Entree: wagyu beef with fleur de sel, coffee gnocchi, and caramelized pickled onions with coconut cream and asian greens.

Dessert: cappuccino ice cream with cinnamon crunch, soft chocolate and tortilla strips.
We also got small dishes between courses and afterwards. Quite an experience!
