First, the good: the view from the terrace.

Next, the bad: poor electrical work in the attic storage area.
And finally, the ugly: the kitchen. Clearly a complete redo.
We are still negotiating with sellers, so no telling if this place will end up being ours or not. This process has shown me that I am extremely impatient.
Ok, the electrical is scary, but on the bright side a kitchen redo means, well, A KITCHEN REDO! I love the view from the backyard, I see many a bbq back there! Fingers crossed for you.
