massively unmotivated this week but got in all the miles. next week: the half! w00t!

monday - rest
tuesday - rest (hauled home 30 lbs of cow)
wednesday - 5mi (treadmill)
thursday - 10x400 intervals (treadmill)
friday - 3mi
saturday - 3mi
sunday - 12mi
