i was traveling this week so i had to switch some workouts around but i got almost all my miles in. i had to cut one run down from 5mi to 3mi, i was just beat. and i only got in one yoga class. but i'm still calling this week a success.
monday - rest
tuesday - 3mi
wednesday - 5mi plus yoga
thursday - 3mi
friday - 3mi treadmill (should've been 5mi)
saturday - rest
sunday - 9mi
mileage this week = 23
milage this cycle = 47
