still traveling at the beginning of the week, so switched some days around, but got everything in! plus 2 yoga classes.

tuesday - rest
wednesday - 5mi (treadmill) plus yoga
thursday - 3mi
friday - rest
saturday - 5mi plus yoga
sunday - 6mi

mileage this week = 22
mileage this cycle = 69
