last week of spring training. next week i start my 18-week marathon plan. yipes! i only ran once this week, for 10 miles. took it easy for several reasons: 1) it was really hot, 2) figured i'd enjoy the flexibility (read: being lazy) ahead of marathon training, and 3) i wanted some rest post-race.
monday - rest
tuesday - rest
wednesday - yoga
thursday - rest
friday - rest
saturday - yoga
sunday - 10mi
