first week of marathon training! i'm starting off with hal higdon's intermediate 1 plan but may switch to novice 2 depending on how i feel. i plan to incorporate yoga twice a week in lieu of (or as, depending on your perspective) cross training. i'll be running five days a week and resting two.

wednesday - 5mi
thursday - 3mi plus yoga
friday - rest
saturday - 5mi
sunday - 8mi plus yoga
