this week i did my first organized long training run, which included pace groups with leaders as well as fluids, fuel and bathrooms, plus medical support (if needed). i found i really enjoyed running with the group and having the pace set for me was really useful. i have another one of these coming up next month, and if all goes similarly well, i will probably try to go with a pace group in the marathon.
only bummer this week was not making it to yoga class.
