less than two months to go. crazy! i've noticed i often don't feel like running on tuesday after a long run, even with monday as a rest day. maybe i just need more recovery, i don't know. or maybe it's tough to get back in the swing of things after a day off. anyway, i didn't run tuesday so ended up moving everything one day later, which meant i ran five days in a row this week. was dragging a bit on sunday but all's well that ends well. the knee seems to be much less sore now that i figured out to concentrate on landing on the ball of my foot, especially on inclines. so that is good!
