Tonight I made pepper-crusted tuna steaks with sauteed lemon spinach and oven fries. A somewhat non-traditional Easter dinner, but really delicious all the same. Please disregard the monstrous shadow in the following photo.
Later this week I plan to make linguine with white chili style pasta sauce. Plus we have leftover shepherd's pie from last week.
I only recently started experimenting with fish dishes - do you mind emailing me this one so I can try it out on my guinea pig? =)
