This week in dinner...

Tonight I'm baking salmon fillets in a Thai chili roasted garlic sauce (thinned with apple cider vinegar and tamari sauce), which we're having with garlic olive oil couscous and steamed broccoli.

Tomorrow I'm making chicken with sweet potato slices in a white wine reduction, served with asapagus roasted in olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Later this week I'm making peasant pasta, which is penne with a mixture of hot and sweet Italian sausage and peas in a creamed tomato basil sauce.

Yummy!
