week 2, total mileage = only 10, including a 4-mile race, plus a tempo run, which i rather enjoyed (surprise). i switched the schedule a bit to accommodate the gridiron race on sunday and to get in at least one outdoor run this week.
monday - rest (still need a "stretch & strength" plan, probably yoga (thanks marisa!))
tuesday - 3 mi (treadmill) plus core
wednesday - 3 mi
thursday - 30 min tempo (treadmill) plus core
friday - rest
saturday - rest
sunday - 4 mi race!
