HM training week 5

18 miles this week, plus my intervals. whew. tired. skipped a core session somehow.

monday - rest
tuesday - 4mi (treadmill) plus core
wednesday - 7x 400m @ 5k pace (treadmill)
thursday - 3.01 mi (10:05)
friday - rest
saturday - 2.97 mi (10:07)
sunday - 8.16 mi (10:00)

walking home after today's long run, i stopped to watch a beautiful red tail hawk play-stalk a squirrel for a while. weird & very cool.
