monday - rest
tuesday - 3 mi (treadmill) plus core
wednesday - 6x 400m @ 5k pace (treadmill)
thursday - 3.5 mi (treadmill) plus core
friday - rest
saturday - 3 mi
sunday - 6 mi
struggled a bit with repeats on wednesday, i preferred last week's tempo run. maybe i took the tempo run too easy. perhaps i'll try to pick it up a little in this week's tempo run.
