16.5 miles scheduled for this week. i uploaded all my training run info to garmin connect to easily view the info, so pace is included for outdoor runs. the distances from my garmin don't match up exactly with the distances i had previously calculated for my routes -- i've listed the garmin distances here.
monday - rest
tuesday - 3.58 mi (9:58)
wednesday - 35 min tempo (treadmill) plus core
thursday - 3 mi (treadmill) plus core
friday - rest
saturday - 2.88 mi (9:39)
sunday - 7.01 mi (9:43)
next week i climb to 18 miles, then a cutback week with a 5k race. then i'm halfway to the half! w00t!
